How can our Team help?
Our Acquisition Program Managers excel at providing all tiers of service ranging from organizational strategy and policy, to implementing, reviewing, managing and executing all actions required for a successful Acquisition Program to include acquisition strategy determination, forecasting, and execution, as well as managing and executing all processes from requirements definition and capture, through Source Selection Board support. Our Acquisition Team also provides gold star, post-contract award management support through coordinating, monitoring, tracking and forecasting, and QASP and Award Fee implementation, monitoring, and execution. Our Acquisition Program Managers often work together with our onsite Contract Administration professionals ensuring successfully executed contracting actions to include contract modifications, contract awards, incremental funding packages, and acquisition policy determination and implementation and source selection strategy.
Our Contract Administration professionals are all fully integrated into operational contracting offices, executing or supporting all seven phases of the Contracts / Acquisition Lifecycle to include: Acquisition Planning, Contract initiation, Solicitation, Evaluation, Award, Administration and the Closeout Phases. From unilateral funding modifications through complex contract awards, the “whatever it takes” mindset of our Contract Administrators / Specialists is the truest indicator of their mission first mentality.
Our Finance, Budget and Accounting Teams are client-facing, and 100% integrated into our customers’ business and programmatic operations providing budget allocation and execution, organizational budget strategy advisement, development, and implementation, financial analysis, monitoring, and reporting, as well as creating and executing individual funding transactions on behalf of our customers. Our Finance Teams offer our customers consistency of services and are a critical stakeholder executing the business of intelligence on behalf of the Intelligence Community, and the Nation.
Our Administrative Business professionals efficiently and effectively manage office operations for both military and civilian customer alike. Our staff of professionals are experts in executing the full range of duties associated with administrative office operations, not only supporting ever changing Research and Development organizations, but operational military commands with direct interfaces with soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Guardians, of all levels of command.
